I was reading the paper re: Hasek's return to the NHL and how the Rangers are most likely one of the only teams to land Cujo. But what has Cujo done? I know he's a good goalie but would he make much of a difference in the state of the current Rangers?

without a defense, you could put hasek, roy and brodeur all in at the same time and it would not make a difference.

no it won't. did it help richter after 1994. For the U.S he won the World CUp and took the U.S to the gold medal game so he is a great goalie. With the Rangers he stood on his head every game and still lost.

Cujo is a large rabid dog. I can't see how he'll help any team (unless he bites their opponents)

Dont worry too much about the Rangers getting Cujo. I dont see it happening. I like there goalie unit with Dunham and especially the kid Blackburn.
The real talk should be about the Rangers getting Sergei Federov. I definetly see them picking him up this offseason. But of course when they do I bet he goes from hall of famer to zero. Thats just the way it is with the Rangers lately.
(NOTE: I'm a Devils fan, I hate the Rangers. Those were just my thoughts from a Rangers perspective.)

I could see it happening. Who would play for Detroit then? I know they wouldnt just put in the backup goalie Miracle for the entire season. Plus what is that going to do to the Rangers payroll? Don't they have enough super stars as it is?
I was kinda hoping to see Cujo and Federov go to the Av's then they would be unstoppable.
