Bad manners

It may just be me, but lately I have noticed an uptick in personal insults being thrown around on the board. While one may not agree with someone's post there are better ways to express disagreement then with personal attacks on the poster or their ideas.
I'm not a mod or a person that even posts that often (although I check the site everyday & have been around a long time) but I am a guy that thinks making personal attacks on individuals or their posts is a bad idea. I seem to remember another radio team's message board being torn apart by <i>"bad blood"</i>
I apologize if I have overstepped my bounds, but I love this place, have met many cool people both online and in person and think personal attacks serve no purpose, but to antagonize and create problems.
(By the way...mods fell free to De1ete or move this topic if you fell I am off base.)

Example:

I agree Unkown PD a bit and that is what most of the mods look for. It is ok to lob a few jokes back and forth with each other but when it gets mean or ugly then we lock it down.
