View Full Version : Do white kids sell candy anymore?`

I mean seriously, Whenever I see kids outside of supermarkets selling M&M's or whatever, it's always li'l homies. Not only that, but I used to have a store and I would say once every two weeks a little bruvah would come walkin' in trying to get me to but a Kit-Kat off him. Do white kids not do this anymore? I remember once a year the company would come in to the school and circumnavigate the child labor laws and get us to sell their candy for them by turning it into a 'contest'. But no more, I guess. Nowadays all I see is black kids.
And don't even get me started on the prices. Back in the day, it was a dollar for a bag, or bar whatever. I recently had one kid wanted me to give him three bucks and the bag was half the size it used to be! I don't know if these punks are learning from their older, crack slingin' brothers and adding a markup so they can get a little something in their own pocket or what, but either way it's an outrage.

Jeezis be lookin fo a bacation? Actually, I think the white kids have their parents sell it for them, whereas the black kids run into problems doing this; most charities dont accept cigarettes as currency.

My kids get rooked into the candy sale thing once a year. I just buy one entire box and put it in the freezer--yes, you can freze candy just fine.
I tell the kids do NOT come home with a second box. I just get the minimum that they hook the kids into bringing home.
I used to do Girl Scout cookies, but I'd help sell them, I wouldn't make the kid go door to door or hang out in front of a store because I think that's unsafe for the kids.

I think that's unsafe for the kids.
Unsafe??? C'mon!!!! I used to send my kid out after dark (when everybody was home) by himself to sell his own damn candy!!! After he finished shingling the roof and rewiring the entire house for electricity, of course!!!!

White kids have their parents bring it work with them and sell it to their co-workers. Black kids parents dont bring to work with them because they dont work.

I actually like seeing these kids doing something constructive. I never buy the candy though. I'm not a big fan of Kit Kats and Peanut M&M's.

'White people are so scared...of selling candy."
Yea, the prices bug me out. I agreed to buy from one young Afro-American, and pulled out some singles to get some candy. These fund raisers USED to be a good value. Then he tells me 3 bucks for one, or 2 for $5. I was SHOCKED! They used to be a buck a piece.
I was kinda stuck buying something from him at that point because I had agreed and pulled out my money, but I was none to happy.
I wasnt' expecting that because just a few weeks before that some guy on a jobsite I worked on brought in his kid't candy. Everything was a buck, and he sold out the box over a lunch break.

Hey at least SOME kids somewhere are selling the damn things themselves.
Everyone else just passes it off to their parents to hawk at the office.
"Hey, wanna buy some of these cookies my kid needs to sell?"
"Sure. Why exactly are they selling these?"

in my town it seems the schools and sports programs are 98%-99% white... so i see mostly caucasians selling crack...
then again it used to be the Jersey redneck capitol, until all those New Yorkers started moving in...

Its always the case of you walking out from the supermarket and there are some little black kids claiming they're from this place that they are trying to raise money for, with the only proof of this laminated piece of paper that they had made up at kinkos or something
