In a summer where there have been too many friggin movie sequels, I feel this question must be posed. I have to go with Highlander 2. It was so bad and broke so many rules created by the original that it was ignored by following sequels and the tv series.

I didn't see anything, I didn't hear anything, I wasn't there and if I was there I was asleep.

While I never even saw it, the very idea of a Blues Brothers 2000 movie without John Belushi to me is the worst idea. Let alone to replace him with John Goodman. He's good and all, but he's no John Belushi.

As for worst sequels I've seen...
I stopped watching Speed 2 about 15 minutes into it. HORRIBLE.

Beverly Hills Cop 3, was horrendous.

Caddyshack 2 and Blues Brothers 2000 are two awful sequels to a couple of my favorite movies. However, Blues Brothers 2000 is slightly redeemable for the all-star jam at the end.
