the only vehicle that is fully human powers is walking/running. otherwise you have assistance from things such as chain and sprocket, wheel bearings.

Some guy did like 170 on a bike once. That's probably the fastest.

I kind of remember a race car and a guy behind it and the guy was assited along to that speed by the wind that the race car pushed out of his way. But I was wondering if there was bike or something that was totally powered by a guy that was fastest without an outside assist, like maybe a bike in an airfoil or something. Just curious.

it's hard to imagine... especially when the Nascar cars average less than that for a race... (I think?)
