I can't remember the last time I heard a fezatorial. Am i just missing this segment every week or did they phase it out. I loved Fez doing them, they're always so damn quick and hilarious. Please tell me i'm making this up and he's still doing them.

I guess they gotta do what they gotta do. I'm sick of all the contests, but it IS a really great way to get new listeners "involved". They'll probably grow out of it in a couple months. I don't mind the old bits being gone because who's worried that the boys can't come up with something else just as funny or even funnier?

Writing Fezitorials take a significant amount of time. Time Fez probably just doesn't have to spare at the moment (between moving and the added responsibilities of the 11:00 show, I'm sure thing are very hectic for them these days). Give it time, he may start doing them again.

True, there are obvious differences between the New York and D.C./Virginia audience, but questions of sophistication and intelligence don't need to enter into it.

There were always plenty of NY'ers who were either too stupid or up-tight to get the show. Let's stop acting as if all from up north are brilliant intellectuals, and all from down south are shit-kicking bumpkins. There's plenty of both to be found in each market.

Yeah -- I'm afraid my previous posts may be guilty of leading us down this path. I certainly didn't intend to do that.

What I meant is that since there are a lot more new DC listeners (remember all the "Welcome to DC" callers -- even though they were already on down here latenights?), I wish they could have given us a little more time for the newbies to catch onto the show and the various bits.

I enjoy the Ron and Fez show, and also the Don and Mike show. I do not understand why the majority of NY posts are so angry at Don and Mike. They have to be doing something right here in DC. The ratings show that. They failed in New York, yes, but neither Ron and Fez, or Don and Mike are in New York anymore.

that's because D+M went up against the "golden boys" opie and anthony and "lost" (got kicked out of ny from a station that was going under anyway) - and "o+a getting the boot was the reason why R+F are gone" (again subjective) - it's all sour grapes - Don and Mike are funny in their own way and entertaining - and Ron and Fez are the bomb. Don't pay any attention to it - a lot if it is from people who stick to the delusion that O+A are coming back bigger than ever. Get over it - they're gone. We have a chance of R+F being syndicated back to ny - and if infinity would pull their heads out of their asses they'd syndicate D+M and R+F on KROCK after Howard - after a few bumpy months they'd have a following (not that I'm advocating howard in any way but the combo of the 3 would do well). If this whole D+M syndication thing is really going away on Friday, Infinity blew their chance. Case closed.
