I want another Rock N' Ribs

Washington DC has a nice music scene, mainly punk/alternative and demand that Ron and Fez host another Rock and Ribs. I mean comon, it should be an annual event, the last one kicked serious ass and id be nice to hear all the local bands from DC this time, (not that Long Island and Jersey are bad).

I was talking to jafter about suggesting they do something at Clarendon Grille or Carpool. Clarendon Grille has more space for bands but Carpool has dartboards, pool tables and Rockland's Barbecue.

Pick a place near a cool hotel for crazy parties afterward. The NY/NJ peeps would take over DC! Oh yah, Latterday Saints (my overall fav) broke up recently. I say at a place like Carpool (darts), near a hotel like a Westin and I'll pull a tall James too.

I know what happened, JOSHUA TREE- The u2 tribute, is still playing heavily www.joshtree.com. in fact, for all of you DC folks, they will be at The Clarendon Ball Room, in Arlington VA on Thursday August 28th, doing the worlds best u2 tribute show. They played at the first Rock n' Ribs and kicked major ass.
