I notice a lot of new visitors and joiners to the board tend to introduce themselves in the Off Topic area only to have it moved to the RFNet Lounge.

Perhaps it would be better to move the RFNet Lounge towards the top since folks seem to work their way from the top down. It doesn't bother me where it's placed, but it seems to confusing to new visitors, just a thought.

Maybe there should be a useable FAQ. Or, when you sign-up it should say in red letters:
If you wish to post that you are new, please do so in THE LOUNGE.
