Blame the British for actually setting up school systems in their old colonies. If they just raped the land of its resources like the Spanish and French we be much better off. ;)

This has been happening for some time now. Lots of companies have not only outsourced production, but also accounting work. Scary part is it may only get worse. Developing countries can jump right into the information age utilizing cell and satellite technology instantly instead of having to build to it, making infrastructure development a whole lot cheaper.

i'm interning at a consulting firm in ny. instead of hiring new consultants as the company gains new clients, they are outsourcing the extra work to a consulting firm in india.

Ireland's been in a tech-job/manufacturing boom for several years now. Thanks largely to Clinton's incentives he set up in '96. He even created a seperate non-immigrant work visa just for Irish workers to come and work here. Mostly tech jobs.
