Where was Brother Joe?

What happened on our usual Bar 9 tuesday. A bunch of us were there, the band was there, but Brother Joe was nowhere to be found... There were no posts, no phone calls, I am ready to get Mulder and Scully on this one.... or East Side Dave, you pick.

Speaking of East Side Dave, two weeks ago he said that even if Bar 9 closed permanently he would pry open the door every other Tuesday... where was he last night?
