For the longest time Ive been trying to gain some healthy wieght. At first it cam real easy cause I was working in a deli and I had all the free food I could eat. Now that Im out on the road all day and constantly working I cant eat as much as I used to. Should I maybe consider protien shakes to go?

Actually, protein shakes won't make you gain weight. What you need is "weight gainer." Essentially, it's a big shake loaded with calories. You gotta drink a lot of it, though. I tried it once and one serving took me about an hour to put down, so it's not for the grab-and-go lifestyle. Another option is just to eat regular food that has a lot of calories.

You can never be "too skinny" despite what anyone will tell you. Once you find the magic way to gain weight, you will be in a roller coaster that will ensure that you will die a fat bastard like the rest of us. Be thankfull you can see your dick, my man! You find it easy to find clothes that fit, you can move with no problem, your "problem" is everyones dream! Be happy, or arrange to install my brain in your head and we can switch places.

Shakes from McDonald's are great wieght gainers. A large has like 1600 calories. But you need to work out and get A LOT of protien if you're looking to build muscle. Getting fat is easy. Steroids are pretty helpful too.

i'd go with lots of carbs if i were you. sort of an anti-atkins diet. carbs are really the things that seem to be causing people to gain a lot of weight these days.

I eat a lot of supersized big mac meals and I'm still 5'5" 115lbs.

thats cuz ur still growing. when you're a kid, your metabolism is a lot faster, so eating a lot of shit food won't really have much affect (as long as you're an energetic kid. if you're not, then you're just some super kid with amazing powers. which would be kool.) i'm 16, and i've always known about the fact that kids have faster metabolisms than adults. it just took me until 14 that i actually had to exercise. i was 215 at age (5' 6")...uh...12 or 13, which is pretty bad. i exercised like a freak (with the ever-amazing and badly warranteed ab-doer), and i lost about 50 or so pounds in about a year. pretty freakin' kool. but im an exercise freak, so thats not kool. except for the fact that i have muscles. which IS kool. (btw, if anyone cares, and i sure u dont, im now 5'10" and 190-ish )

ok...enough about that. if you really wanna gain weight, come home from work, sit in a chair and mope for a few hours. then consider ice cream to be your friend. just don't go overboard, or you'll regret it. exercisin a lot would be better, and make you feel better about yourself, but its obviously gonna take more work and time to gain the weight.

I cant picture myself on Steriods. I have a short fuse as it is and Im sure it will just get worse and get me inot a whole shit load of trouble I dont need. Maybe If I didnt have a fucked up familly and there was nothing for me to get mad about then Id think about doing it
