Does anyone follow the ways of Zen, Tao, Yoga, Tai Chai or stuff like that? Everywhere you go, there's alot of books about the mystic beliefs and how to live your life accordingly. Is any of that stuff true or just a bunch of nonsense.

I'm not ripping. If you follow my clues you can see that I am interested in this stuff. (but not to the 10th degree like some people)
I have read books about Zen, Tao, etc. Been to Yoga and meditaion classes, etc.

Just want to know if anyone else is into stuff like that. If it came across another way. Sorry.
