I get the show but when I want to transfer it to a CD to listen in the car, it takes like 3 CD's for 1 show. How can I fit the show on 1 CD or is it possible? Thanks

Not if you're going to listen to it on a regular CD player.

It's not really possible with the current mp3 format, but the newest format which I think is called mp4 format promises much smaller file sizes, so you might be able to do it then.

I think you should get an MP3 player for your car, that would be cool.

No.
A CD holds 80 minutes of audio, regardless of how badly compressed it is.
If you buy a CD MP3 player, then it's another story. But as far as regular CD's, nope.

Even then, it's my understanding that the standard CD format can only hold a maximum of 80 minutes of music and be able to play in a regular CD player/

Thanks. I was listening some of the shows in June and July. Now I'm labeling them to put it on CD. Trying to make space on my comp.

I was wondering how long it would be before someone would catch the flaw in my statement.

by creating an 'mp3' cd, i can store up to six weeks worth of shows on a disc ....
once an audio file is converted to a 'cd track', time cannot be compressed (unless you can speed up the file - like listening to an lp at 45) ....
but keeping it as an audio file, you can compress it endlessly (as long as you don't mind further compromising the integrity of the file) .....
