I inhaled bleach

I've been cleaning my shower for the past hour and a half with bleach and now my throat feels raw. Oooops I guess I used to much. I have a headache and my lungs feel cloudy. Everything I drink tastes like bleach.

Can I get rid of this awful feeling? Please help.

Bleach is caustic and will affect mucous membranes, especially if combined with anything like Comet or Ajax and a nasty chemical reaction occurs. Get fresh air asap. You dont need bleach to clean, try white vinegar. Bleach is only good for clothes and getting shit stains out of toilet bowls.

I guess the type of person that would ingest (swallow) bleach probably needs the clarification of what it means.

i swear that bleach totally burned my lungs one time. i bleached the wood floors in my sun room when ultra bleach first came out . oh my god i wasn't the same for at least a month. it totally burned my lungs.I'm gunna die.
