LTROOSTER - Spamming is not good. Not good at all.

Spam is unsolicited junk mail sent out in huge quantities to e-mail accounts. It is the scourge of every person with an e-mail address.

The best solutions to date are:
1. Use a hotmail (or similar) e-mail account (availiable for free) as your address for any form that requires your e-mail address, like on a shipping form for example. Almost all merchants sell customer lists, including your e-mail address.
2. Give your primary e-mail address only to friends who will not spam you.
3. Use the blocking and filtering tools available in your e-mail program.
