Dubbs does seem nicer and more laid back. Jefe seems to be trying to hard and it is funny that Ronnie can see through his act. He does seem pretty bossy on his show on Saturday night even though it is a good show.

After meeting the guys, i gotta say thier pretty cool. Say what you want about thier show, and even though they were all sheepish tonite i enjoyed whatever type of chat i had with them. I just think that we all have to be a lil more accepting towards them, even if you dont like thier show much.

After a quick 5 second thought, i gotta say thier chill guys and i look forward to hearing more of them on the show. I just wish they were a little warmer when we all were instudio.

I've met both Jefe and J Dubbs, and they both seem to be good guys. Ron & Fez know their show, and they know in what roles to use their staff. A few weeks back, they realized that Dubbs is their stunt guy. They're learning now how else they can use him. Also, I think, they're realizing that Jefe's personality works really well when he catches a little more abuse than he's been getting. Ron and Fez know what they're doing. It just takes a bit of time to see what works. If you haven't noticed, the show is at it's peak for the period when they've been on in DC exclusively, and its only going to get better.

As for the Hideout, if you checked it out in week 3 or 4 and hated it, I'd suggest checking it out again. It's still a work in progress, but it's much better than it was then. It's smoother, and they have much better sense of what works and what doesn't, and it's funnier. If any of you DC folks remember, the Sports Junkies show was a cluster fuck when they first started their weekday shift. in 13 weeks, the Hideout is much closer to a professional comedic radio show than the Junks were at that time.

Like I've said. I dig the Hideout. El Jefe plays some cool ass tunes also. Tunes you dont hear everyday on other stations.. some old school stuff as well.

Actually when I was in the studio last week Jefe said some nice things about Perry and even said, "God bless that man," when I told him that Perry said he was "overworked and underpaid."
