Catching R&F Outside of DC

Can anyone suggest a way to catch the Ron and Fez show outside of DC? I'm from NY and me and my friends miss them BAD! If anyone knows web-radio links where we could catch R&F, us New Yorkers would REALLY appreciate it!!
