I like how he turned and asked if the cops got him. Maybe they would've been a little more inspired to nab him if it wasn't for Nader's support of Mumia Abu-Jamal

He looked pretty pissed afterwards. I'm not saying I wouldn't be (nor am I saying that I neccessarily would be), but that utter lack of charisma is why Nader will always be an activist and never a politician.

Alright, I now fear Nader-rage over McCain-rage.

ill tell ya what, id vote for an activist before a politician, at least activists are sayin what they feel and actually believe.
Thats assuming i get off my ass and go register, but that will only happen when i see someone i wanna vote for, not when its which guy is less bad

We can only hope this becomes a weekly event for Nader.
Nader had something useful to say up till, oh, about the spring of 1977.

Yeah, I want to see one, too. Namely because the one video they keep showing has someone walk right in front of the camera basically as the pie is heaved, so you miss almost the whole pie-ing.

The problem with a guy like Nader taking office is that he wouldn't know what to do once he got there. Even if he did, he would micro-manage like Carter. You can say that you prefer activists all you want, you still must face the reality that you really need a handle on Washington politics to be president. That doesn't mean working as a lobbyist your whole life. That means learning how to introduce agreeable, bi-partisan legislation and Mr. Nader has made far too many enemies to get that acomplished.

i know, but that hasnt worked incredibly well recently. i woulda loved to see perot get his chance, he woulda ran this country like a business and made it prosper. i think a business man type also knows how to handle pub relations.
i know its unrealistic, but being what ive seen, i dont think it woulda been much worse
