This may have been brought up before but I'm recommending everyone get out one night and check out a once in a lifetime event.

With just a regular pair of binoculars I was able to see the polar caps on Mars.

It's amazing to me that I can see the polar caps of another world, yet I will probably never see mine in person.

Just went outside, im pretty sure i can see it very clearly, but then again that could be just a star, its kinda to the northeast of the moon but seems really far. Am i seeing the right thing? Imk in jersey by the way.
