IM Discussions will not be
posted unless BOTH
parties agree. There is an
assumption of privacy with
IMs and they are not to be
posted on the board.

I don't want to get into the
legalities because I know
they are sketchy. The plain
fact is that it is a rude and
contentious thing to do and
that is not what this board
is about.
