I have kind of a bondage fetish I have yet to...realize. And yes chances are I'd be the sub since I wouldn't like to be the one to think of what to do and there's something about a chick in leather going psycho that turns me on. However does anyone think that people like Sir Vincent and Mistress Joey are a bit...dorky?

I'm sure they're nice people but they DO seem over sensitive and all the goofy rules they live by. It's a totally different distinction, from experimenting w/it and actually getting hardcore into bondage.

But they're extremes to everything...people who get so into a role, whether what the circumstances, that they want to immerse themselves in it, for whatever reason. But it's not necesarily a bad thing, even though most people would judge them as "freaks".

For example, I have a friend who was incredibly unhappy and lost in her life, but when she got really into S&M, she started feeling better about herself, and she's a changed person. Who knows how it will affect her down the line, but for some people, it fufills something (obviously) that they're missing.

It's hard to say it's silly, but like you said Ikea, you understand it...but theres still that nagging feeling of silliness to it. I guess the good thing is that you're open to thinkin' about it and someday maybe experimenting...who knows, maybe you'll be a hardcore person too! But like I was sayin', it's kick ass that you're open-minded, when so many people in the world aren't.

And like I've posted in the confessional, leather is an f'in great thing! Did you see the chicks in leather in the promos for Jay and Silent Bob Strike back?! Woohoo!

That's what I understand how being a Dom or sub can make someone feel better. How it can give a person a sense of belonging.
