For those few deadhead fans here (which still surprises me) like myself and ChristheCop...
According to one of Showtime hit series Dead Like Me's main characters, Mandy Patinkin (Rube) was interviewed on yesterday mornings, NBC Today Show and said he was told by the new showtime president last Friday that there will be a 2nd Season! Thank you sweet Jesus! He was told to spread the word first. Filming begins in Feb 2004 and the 2nd season begins in June 2004! I hate waiting though!
Let everyone rejoice! Today is a new day! Wooooooo!

great news. The wait might kill me though... Favorite episode: when the bear kills the animal rights activist.

zoom nice, another one from our lil board.
That was a solid episode espeically the part where the reporter literally peed himself to death as the bear was about to pounce on him.
My favorite by far was the latest one. The use of the cinematographer from 24 and usage of Edward Hopper's famous paintings in relation to the reapers was simply amazing. Honorable mention was the pilot episode when George had to take her first soul and it was of lil Kirsti.

Hey how many more episodes are left? 1 more question MArc...what happened to the Chick with the curly hair that was there be4 the chick with the blonde hair?SG (you know I don't like calling you by your boardname) there are sadly 2 episodes left. 12 have previous aired. The now season not series finale (Thank God) is scheduled Fridaym the 28th of September.
The chick you are referring to is Rebecca Gayheart aka Betty, the former fashion plate of DLM. She left after the 5th episode because she had a contractual dispute with management but is rumored to reappear in the second season or this season's finale. You saw how she left on the show right?
She got replaced with Laura Harris aka Daisy Adair, the New York transferred Southern belle actress reaper that blew everyone in the 1920s like Ruth, Chaplin and a guy she thought was Clark Gable but was just an extra in Gone With the Wind. Hahhaha!
I am by far the most knowledgeable DLM poster here not to toot my own horn. So ask me anything and everything about it and I will respond as fully as I can. Mwahahaha!
Happy thoughts. CHEERS!

Edward Hopper paintings including one called, "Nighthawks" (also name of the episode title). It was the late night self-evaluation test and the best part was Mason giving Roxy the finger.
Was that it?

That was it, that's right I just remembered I missed the episode. This show is the reason I upgraded to iOdigital, to have on demand. I don't know about anyone else, but this is how I used to feel about Six Feet Under. I still like that show, but it's definitely gotten too soapy. I'll give the new SFU episodes a run, but they'll lose me if they don't tighten it up a bit. This show is DEFINITELY better.
