What About Copper Canyon?

Why is it that whenever people want to talk about wonders of the world and sights to see they'll mention the Grand Canyon, but yet there is NEVER ever any mention of Copper Canyon.

Located in Mexico, Copper Canyon is supposedly 4 times the size of the Grand Canyon but yet I've never heard of it until today. Has anyone here ever been there, or know more about it?
