View Full Version : The Return Of Art Bell

Those who missed out on Art Bell his first time around now have a second chance. Since his retirement in January, he has been replaced by George Noory, who I feel has done a pretty good job and will continue to do so on weeknights. But, as far as weekends go, Art Bell has decided to make his return to the Coast To Coast AM program. Since WABC took the show off their airwaves last Spring, I don't think it's returned to the NYC area, but you can catch it LEGALLY on the internet.

Art Bell...
Now THERE is a long twisted story... the sudden quitting, then coming back, then retiring again, then all the stuff comes out about his kid getting molested, so he's gone again, all of this right at the peak. He ruled the night airwaves in terms of ratings and you could literally pick up the signal anywhere, since AM travels a whole lot farther then FM.
Weird...
He was great; until he started pretending to believe, or believe, anything his guests would say...
For a while there, a great show.

The paranormalist in me always loved him, but until recently I wasn't up at his crazy west coast broadcasting times.
But a webcast is shitty for me. I can't get a certian show that is A LOT closer to my heart to work on my comp, so I am afraid this one won't either.

Yea I used to listen to this dude in Hawaii. Lots of real good topics. Nobody could talk about the same things night after night like he could.
Then he got replaced around 99 or 2000 i think. I didnt even know he came back and then left again. Maybe he was time traveling in a UFO?
