Norton rocks, but I've seen few people that seem as ill at ease in front of people as him.

After I saw him at the infamous Vos/Staples show, people waited for Norton outside; he came out and hung out and took photos, but WOW it's like he was in a contest to see who could make the least eye contact.

Having said that, Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn in my opinion, is only watchable with Norton on; MAN do I miss him...

i don't really like dice..but i love norton..and i love watching everyone's ill reactions towards him..

i saw him randomly at thecomedy cellar before..other than that i've just seen him in person at all the events and at the studio (ex studio)

and it's obvious norton has a problem with his eyes..he never makes eye contact

What I want to know is how is Dice still doing tours? Isnt he what you called "Washed up" Norton on the other hand is the total opposite. Hes on Collin's show, and touring constantly.
