Jesus that's right! Billy has this one nailed. As much as it sucks for the under 21, if we can secure a room in the village on Halloween Night? Wow.

I'm NJ, so I haven't been in the village on 10/31 since like 1980-something. I do remember, however, it was about the best time anywhere EVER.

And for the under-21; it seems the events that take place at Karavas take place about 50% in the basement bar and 50% outside smoking.

And on Halloween Night? More like 10% in the basement gulping drinks and 90% outside watching the Freak Show. Fuck it BE-ing the Freak Show.

I am So There.

Now, How to do a R+F remote from Karavas that pretends it's in DC but it's actually just some nice small Georgetown bar called 'The Village'

I'm all up for a Halloween get together. I was planning on hitting the city and gettting ripped that night anyway.

I may be leaning towards the bar crawl idea just because that way we'd be out and about. Let's face it, as much as we're all one big loving family here on RF.net (sarcasam? Me? NEVER!) and as much as we all love to drink, I think it's more fun to be around other people...especially on a night where we probably aren't even close to being the biggest weirdos out on the town.

Seriously? From the time I was in the Village Halloween Night? The fun IS outside on the streets. Karavas is right at a cool intersection of about 3 streets [all those tiny village streets] and between the Parade and the People; it's like a giant block party. I'm not sure they don't block off part of it to traffic; so much is going on outside.
