I need to start taking them. I have pretty bad eating habits and I'm starting to feel fatigued and run down.
I know I need to exercise more and eat better which I'm slowly starting to do but I need some vitamins.
Anyone take a good multi-vitamin you can suggest? Any help would be appreciated. :)

You might want to duck. I sense that you are going to get a lot of perverted offers.
As for vitamins, did you get a blood test? There might be 1 or 2 specific issues (iron, potassium, etc) that you need to address rather than a broad spectrum one.
Just offering my 2c worth.

I take GNC's Solotron multivitamins which work very well for me. They have one kind with Iron and one without. I also take antioxidant vitamins from Trader Joe's.

My doctor gave me a prescription for vitamins, and they are called Strovite Advance. They are an antioxidant multi-vitamin/mineral supplement that are recommended for people who are bed ridden or very sick ( i.e. AIDs). They work great as a pick me up, especially after a hard night of partying. They are only available in prescriptions, so you might want to ask your doctor about them, and if they are good for you to take. They are very strong........I can not take one every day, as I like to sleep every now and then and pee a normal color.

not sure! i'm in the same boat...
last year i bought a multi-vitamin from the gym i belong to and actually visted twice in the past year. They said it was important to take a multi-vitamin that breaks down easily in your system. They said some vitamins just get 'dumped' out without breaking down much and in turn give very little benefit...

You should ask you doctor to recommend you a vitamin because he/she may know more about what you might be lacking eg personally I am ordinarily totally anemic so I take an iron supplement. You can check to see how soluble your vitamins are by putting one in a glass of water to see how well it dissolves...

I just take a standard Centrum multi-vitamin, as well as individual calcium, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and fiber supplements. Ever since I started that routine at least every other day a good year ago it's become MUCH easier to get going in the morning. Just be sure to take thim with some food otherwise they'll unsettle your stomach and get a little wired and jittery. The only other downside I've noticed is that now when I blow a load it looks like the ending of "Ghostbusters" when the Stay-Puft Marshamellow Man explodes.
Wait...that's not a downside...

Oh btw since nobody mentioned it... you might just want to consider simply eating better. All the vitamin supplements in the world aren't going to make you feel better if you're still eating crap.
