What did we learn from the nights gathering in the parking lot, well ill start this off.

*Yerdaddy's facial reaction when he found out Im 17, absoultley priceless.

*The Cosmic Circus looked like the most paranoid drug dealers ever.

*Fidel is the most chill member of the hideout, sorry but I had a blast talkin with him, Rage Cage and Def Dave.

*Paul-O really let it go after caddy-shack, and he blows.

*Yerdaddy loved ADD medication as much as I do.

*Jordon is the way of the future.

*New Rory can't count (20 years when it was the 23rd, nice...)

*General Concensius, Another Rock N' Ribs should be next.

*Cigar Cid can't close the deal...

*A strange black-man with a beard stalks the posters of the board, he was cool though.

*Im a legend?????!???

*Mike the Teacher really knows how to put it in the hole.

*Even after all the flaming of the hideout, and thinking that those guys hate me (im sure they do) J-Dubs is incredibly funny to talk to.

*And finally, im 17, and Im taller than 3/4 of the RnF listening audience there.

Yeah, I tried to keep a low profile, but I was there with some friends (one of whom, was the guy who blasted off Paul O's hat with the paint gun) - I only outed myself to Mike the Teacher before he bolted, and then later to Jafter right before I slunk off into the night.

Nope...after the show started he stayed up in the studio and ran the board. Met him before the show, and he's a nice guy.

But seriously, how large was the crowd. The mics didn't give us a good idea of how many people were there. I hope it was huge!

I'm a lousy judge of these things, but it seemed like a really good turn out. A good portion of it was in the parking garage, and outside in the parking lot, and with all the people there it got really hot and sticky. Maybe 150-200...maybe? Not sure. It was not embarrassing, that's for sure.

I was amazed how many people actually came out to watch the movie!

If you heard a REALLY annoying, southern, "Rebel Yell" on mic...it was more than likely me. I won't be able to talk tomorrow.

At one point we were standing in the same area and I was going to say something, but some of my friends came by and started yacking.

Like you said, it's just a weird move to make - I'm just not comfortable with it.

Did anyone catch the bonus hour, as they inked and pierced Paul O almost all the way to midnight? I was loving it - hearing about all the stories of their days in Florida, about what they put Paul O through.

DId I hear correctly and Ron say that a few months ago, before they made the final decision to make DC their base, that they considered going back to Florida and putting the old show back together??? I know this is a rumor over at the Ron And Ron message boards (or it was), and I just dismissed it until I heard (or thought I heard) Ron say that.

He finished his comments on that by saying that, in the end they decided to just be witty, since they've done all the "shock jock" stuff already (or something like that).

Confirmation anyone?

The only problem I have with walking up to people and introducing myself is that I have too many names. And since I'm never sure which name someone knows, I feel like I have to say, "Hi, I'm Heidi, also known as guttersnipe, also known as cherrynoid," until I see a glimmer of recognition in their eyes.

And damn you, KOP. We had that nice talk, and I never would have known it was you if you hadn't posted that picture.

What did I learn?

I learned that Cigar Sid considers cake more important than "closing the deal," but he will let a girl scoop some icing on her finger and lick it suggestively.

After meeting him in person 3-4 times, I finally learned which face goes with AJinDC's name.

I learned that DCReed lies about his age and claims to be a minor. Sorry, I just don't believe you, Reed!

I learned Jafter is the consummate host of any party, whether he's throwing the shindig himself or not.

I learned that Mojo doesn't love us enough to actually fraternize with us in person.

I learned that David Lee Kinnison will sneak into any picture being taken of anybody, but when the camera is pointed at him on purpose, he will turn away like he's in the FBI Informant Relocation program.

Thanks to pics taken by KOP and Mike the Teacher, I leaned I look a litte less like Moe Howard than I feared (I recently dyed my hair black, yikes).

I learned that when Mikeyboy asks me if I've seen Yerdaddy yet, he's probably not asking me if I've seen my actual father.

I learned that Perrynoid has too many groupies.

And I learned that being in the Cosmic Circus is sort of like being a Marine. Once a Circus Freak, always a Circus Freak. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave. ;)

i learned that walking late into a Ron and Fez event makes you feel like you are walking into a carnival with walking into so much happiness

i learned that Mikey Boy has to be one of my favorite people. He is just a nice guy (cute too) but nice is the most important thing ( I think)

I learned that everyone working behind the scenes work their asses off. Love love love Rory 9 great singer)

Popcorn always tastes better when hot

Ron and Fez could not be two more down to earth people. They were so laid back at movie night ( I think they enjoyed themselves)

Paulo really does think his wife is bitchy (told me so)

and the Cosmic Circus needs to get a sense of humor, I think they are hilarous but they can't tell when someone is joking

I think they were intimidated by my remote from The Cosmic Circus.

I couldn't mention this until now, for obvious reasons, but I'd like to thank everyone who tuned in to the Remote Broadcast I did from My Head at PerryNoid's Fake Remote at the WJFK's Ron and Fez Movie Night Real Remote.

I'm sure Ron is pissed another fake station crashed the event, but I just had to check out the Cosmic Circus, and then Send the Thought-Waves out to the many dozens who knew about my Head remote and kept it secret. I thank you all.

My Head wasn't attended very well though, only about 4 or 5 voices. The Cosmic Circus looked like they had a lot more Imaginary turn-out. Man many more voices in those heads.

Nah...I never did.

Since I was with people who don't know I am obsessed with online message boards (three, of whom, were off duty Fairfax County police officers - the guys with the motorcycles - oh, the irony), I decided to be just me and not "KOP."

When I heard Jafter mention "video vault" when we walked by, I had to stop and talk about working there, and chime in about how great they are.

(Actually, I think it was my friend who offered to get you the drink).

I really wasn't planning to be "coy," I just thought I would have more fun if I just hung, watched the show, and met people. Aside from talking with you, Jafter, Mike the Teacher and Cherry, I also chatted with Mikeyboy, KC and yerrdaddy at different times, along with a lot of other people who (I assume) aren't from the board. It was just such a cool vibe - wish it had gone on a little longer.

I was just having such a great time, it really didn't dawn on me to say anything, until I was down next to Mike the Teacher during the paintball when I was like, "Oh yeah...by the way, I post on ronfez.net as 'KOP.'"

His reaction was cool, and made me feel bad I hadn't said anything to anyone earlier, so before I left with my friends (the "COPs" had already left, and were down at Bridges) I found Jafter and told him.

Anyway, sorry I was dick and didn't say anything. It was a mixture of shyness, not wanting to be outed as a geek in front of friends (although, they have no room to talk) and just having a relaxed time watch the show unfold - man, I laughed and laughed.

Next time I swear I'll show up with a "Hi! My Name Is KOP" name tag.

Movie night was a blast. It was great to see all of the familiar faces -- DC Reed, Cherry, Perry, Sid, Yerdaddy, Mikeyboy, AJ, KC, Mike the Teacher, Tom. It was very nice to put some faces to some familiar names and voices - Vincy, KOP, DLK, and Cheeseface.

The staff did a great job as usual the boys busted their asses off that night.

Ron and Fez had a great time and they want to do it again.

Paul O is a nut and a great sport.

Jordan is going to be a star when he grows up the kid is a natural.

Sid my friend I am sorry I called you out about those two lovely ladies, but we need to help you learn how to close the deal my boy.

Learn from Cheeseface "DON'T PARK IN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX NEXT TO THE STATION" 80 bucks for being towed.

Malcomn welcome to the board once you decide on a name.

Looking forward to the next event hopefully some more of our friends will make the trek down to join in the festivities.

Well yes Malcom is a very nice guy who introduced himself to the group when we were talking. He is a long time listener and has been a board guest for quite some time. He was just a bit nervous to join in the mayhem.

I learned that no one cares about watching a 23 year old movie when they could be watching someone get shot in the face by paint balls, or hit in the nuts with a golf ball.
I also learned that any conversation at all with the Cosmic Circus is considered an "interview".
But, most importantly, I learned that no matter how hard I worked helping Wendell set up and run the remote, its not as much work as Mike the Teacher does to help the show.
