Hey, I agree 100% Ron & Fez need to be heard in NYC again. But please don't forget about us Tampa listeners. We were with Ron & Fez in the beginning of it all, when it was the Ron & Ron show. Fez was a huge part of the success of that show, however it all came to an end several years ago....and nothing on Tampa radio has come even close to those guys ever since. Just check out the message post on ronandron.com (Tampa still misses these guys). I hope at the very least that Ron & Fez get some national syndication going and both NYC and Tampa radio carries them. I know what all you loyal New York listeners are going through right now....I just hope we ALL get them back someday!!

HotPepper, I was born in Miami; and moved out when real young, but I've spent a lot of time in Flah-Duh, Longboat Key and Stuart mostly.

Anyway I didn;t realize until later that the Ron and Ron show I listened to very occasionally, but how do you forget a show called Ron and Ron [damn Diaz]. Took me about a month of listening to this new show called Ron and Fez Dot Com at 3am before Mr. Bennington mentioned being Mr. Diaz's co-host.

Monsters of the Midday were pretty cool three years ago, but when i was down last year, the shows seemed flat.

i was trolling through the message board, and all i have to say is, how long has it been since the boys were in fla??? and those folks down their are still feeling the boys!!! makes the ny/nj (me included) seem like petty bitches.

my question is, how far away is syndication? i don't know about the behind-the-scences radio shit, but the boys definitely inpac any area they go into- what's stopping them?

Ratings. The last Arbitrons weren't very good for them. But being in radio; I know the Arbs aren't worth a helluva lot, and don't reflect shows like R+F that 'take getting used to' if you know what I mean.

If you don't know what I mean, when they were first on in NY, the show was on late at night and called ron and fez dot com. and I was DJ-ing, so I'd listen driving home, and for 2 weeks I listened to this pair of weird voices and was like What The F? Took a while to realize the two weird voices were funny, and had frigging encyclopedias of music, TV, and Pop Culture and...Pro Wrestling?

Meaning, WJFK has GOT to give these guys some time. Does no one remember how Seinfeld struggled in the ratings it's first season? Ditto with Married With Children.

When they get the ratings, and they will if given the chance, then syndication. Or maybe they'll announce Syndication to a dozen markets on Monday. That would be Sweet!

Bu5 mike, This isnt Ron and Fez's rookie year. They've been around, doing the same exact show for 4 years going. Somthing has to be wrong in this DC thing somewhere.
