Saturday, October 11th -
Virginia beer drinkers, movie lovers and hockey fans, October 11 will be like Christmas...first up is the Annual Cap City Brewing Co. Mid Atlantic Oktoberfest in Shirlington, followed by a KILL BILL break (also in Shirlington), which will come right before more beer drinking, then topping it off with a metro ride into the city for Capitals Hockey.
I know this is the blatant promoting of our Capitol City Brewing Co. Mid Atlantic Oktoberfest but I thought some folks on the list would be
interested. The Festival is on October 11th and starts at noon, last pour is at 6pm. There will be the same set up as years before (this is the Fourth Annual!!) with tents out on the street in front of Capitol City Brewing Co. in Shirlington, Virginia. Oompah band, Alpine Dancers and food vendors with some of the typical offerings at beer fests are all on tap.
Here is a current list of the breweries that will be there, 110 kegs were tapped last year for the one day event. Here goes:
Abita Brewing Co.
Allagash Brewing Co.
Baltimore Brewing Co.
Boston Beer Co.
Becks

Clipper City Brewing Co.
District Chophouse & Brewery
