I'm going to the Red Sox game tomorrow!

My sister-in-law knows someone in the Red Sox organization and scored us a pair of tix for the pivotal Game 3 at Fenway tomorrow night.

Regardless of how you feel about the Sox - Fenway Park is going to be rocking tomorrow night at 7:30. I can't say what the mood the place will be in at 9:30 but at least the beers will be cold in a great place to watch a ball game. I'm really looking forward to it!

I'm extremely jealous. I went up in August for the first time in a few years and forgot just how much fun it is up there. The new stadium improvements made a great experience even better.

I went up in August for the first time in a few years and forgot just how much fun it is up there.

I went to Camden Yards for the first time in August and got so drunk that I don't remember much of the game. One thing I did remember was that it was a great stadium to watch a game also.

The game was great, 11 innings and no one left. When Trot Nixon hit the game winning walk off homer, the place went fucking nuts.

Plus, I got in the face of a drunk who was sitting behind me screaming obscenities about Grady Little. Scared that little bitch into changing seats. I'll never understand why someone has to get so drunk before a baseball game, especially a playoff game that tickets cost a fortune for.

Oh well ... GO SOX!

And in case you're wondering how a NYer like myself can root for the Sox, its simple. I'm an idiot Mets fan and I'd love to see the Yankees lose to the Sox. Because living here and seeing how passionate these people are about the Sox, it would be an amazing thing to experience.

Then again, so would a rocket trip to Mars and that ain't gonna happen either.
