I always thought that Fred Mertz was cool. Is there a cooler guy on TV? I would like to know.

I don't know if this was cool, but on Three's Company when Norman Fell got a good line on his wife, they had a close up of his face that was great.

FRed could dance. He could sing. He could tell jokes. If I had a party I would want Fred there!

I read that William Frawley was a die hard Yankees fan and had season tickets. His contract stated that he was given time off to attend the World Series. Pretty cool.

We must never forget the man, the legend, Fred Mertz!

Fred was definetly that old cool guy that would buy you a cold 6 pack. And he was loud, and kinda crabby.

But I think anoter overlooked TV KING would have to be Archie Bunker! Nasty, loud, outspoken, and a Racist! HA!

Sorry, there's one better than Fred Mertz. He could dance, he could sing, he could tell jokes, AND he could kick ass. He's THE BIG RAGU, Carmine Ragusa.

I always thought that he should have dumped that old bag Ethel and banged that wacky and very horny Lucy.
And what was up with Little Ricky naming his dog "Fred"?

He was also Uncle Bub (pre-Uncle Charlie) on My Three Sons --for five years! And a bit of an alcoholic, which makes him my brother.

I always loved the way he wore his pants under his armpits, and the fact that he never cheated with Lucy, even tho she was hotter than Ethel.

Go tell someone who cares...
