I got 2 videotapes of this show a few years ago, but I forgot about them, until I watched them yesterday. Oh my god, this show was so damn funny! Rowan Atkinson is one of the ugliest people on the planet, but maybe, one of the funniest. I also love the "Blackadder's Christmas Carol" special that he did, where he's the nicest man in London, and then, after being visited by the Ghost of Christmas Future, he becomes a heartless bastard. Now I want to go out and buy all the episodes. He did a few tv series, I think.

Thats how I spent a good part of high school watching those. I loved the first season of Black Adder but the second left a sour taste cause I couldn't handle the time period. Meh. The first season I especially enjoyed the episode where they all had fake breasts.

I think this is still on, not sure. Now my PBS Saturday's are filled with my favorite, Coupling and then Chef! which I just saw for the first time on Saturday. Pretty good and damn funny too.
