I know, I know...this topic has probably been brought up before but I don't care!!! I was listening to some of my old stuff today and I came across an album that has always sent me over the edge for it's artistry, beauty and wonderful, wonderful guitar work...and that would be "All Things Must Pass" by that beautiful soul, George Harrison. Not only did hearing today make me miss him more, but made me appreciate his great work even more!!! Most people know that I think that the Stones are the world's best rock band but nobody touches George for his sheer poetry when he plays that guitar!!!! This album is simply my favorite of all!!!!

I've been telling myself that I have to buy that album for the past 10 years now. When they rereleased it last year I was a moron for not picking it up.
I'm buying it this week.

i was acutally thinking about making this post a few weeks ago. i've been listening to this album over and over again for the past month. it is great. to be fair though, i think most of the great guitar work was clapton. and i think it was having the whole derek and the dominos band there that made the musicmanship so great. (if you like the sound of "awaiting on you all," i recommend listening to the 2 derek and the dominos songs on the clapton box set that they recorded with harrison during those sessions in england.)

NOFX's "So Long and Thanks For All the Shoes" i guess is my favorite album. It's hard to decide. Maybe "Punk in Drublic".
I really liked Silverchair's "Neon Ballroom" for the first year that I had it, then hated it for a year, now don't feel it's so bad
