Lets face it, everyday in the news we hear about a new lawsuit.

However there have been some which shouldnt be allowed to go to court. I remember hearing about a man in a wheelchair suing a strip club in florida because the lap dance rooms were not handicapped accessible. Another ridiculous one were the families of people trying to hop the border illegally sued the US government for not having water facilities in the desert, and of course the parents of fat lazy kids who are sueing mcdonalds because their kids are a bunch of fat oafs

i think the lawyers who take these lawsuits are just as crazy as the idots who file these lawsuits

Handicap people need love too. So I don't see nothing wrong with that lawsuit. But I agree with you on the rest.

Philip Morris recently paid $2 million in a lawsuit.

The case? A person left a lit cigarette in a car. They also happened to leave their kid in the car. So, Murphy's Law being what it is; the cigarette ignites the interior somehow, and the child is burned. badly.

Now, this is a tragedy. No way around that. But I'm getting a little cognitive dissonance on it.
