horrible - the 17 month old definatly should not have been outside while he was mowing, I dont think the 8 year old should either and he NEVER should have left the mower running if he wasnt on it - the article implies he was refueling the mower while it was running - STUPID. To bad his kid had to pay for his stupidity.
