In a nutshell...

Ron was really pissed off at Wonderboy at the beginning of the show, basic screw ups, etc.

Lisa Robinson, a pretty famous music journalist, did a phone interview about Led Zep and they talked about Most Decadent Band.

During the Interview, something happened, and a different feed went out on the air, something about a Diamond Commercial or something. It was only for about 3 seconds, but it completely derailed the interview. I think Ron was about to go to phones with her, and after that happened, he basically said, Ok thanx Lisa, and Bye.

Ron contemplates taking a nice drive to listen to the rest of the show; 'You can put a Gun In my Mouth Now."

Fez was feeling bad, and sounding bad. This isnt me, this is what they were saying. Ron said Fez couldnt focus.

Then Cigar Sid visits, and Perrynoid is there too, and Bonedaddy and Mikeyboy and sorry I forget. And Perry starts in on something, I was in other room, and next thing I know Perry is out of studio and people sound pissed. Who got accused of what?

Then Mikey D, who was on the phone the entire show, puts Little Lina [Lynne-A?, sorry I cant spell it] on the air to sing a few songs and I'm not going to review them, I'l just say that Ron and Fez seriously could not believe what they were hearing.

Fez: 'I've Heard Better Sounds Come Out of My Ass' I swear he sounded pissed off.

They kept trying to get Mikey D back on the Phone, But Lynnea kept playing songs.

Tonights show was hilarious. Once again Ron and Fez spin gold. No bullshit, I couldn't breathe a couple times laughing tonight. The show was freak city.

I was just a little freaked after hearing the music concert that was given during the last half of the show.

Great SHow; you witnessed a great one.

And I forgot about the 'Movie Scene' [?] that R+F did on the show.

It was funny as hell; R+F doing, oh, I'm not going to try to describe this, I'll get Ani DeFranco-ed

Congrats to all in-studio. You held you applause, and then applauded the bit, as opposed to cackling background laughter, which I'm pretty sure Ron really dislikes.

In order to be the best, it has to beat the night of "The Rutger Hauer Interview" which, in my opinion, was not only the best R&F Show ever, not only the best radio show ever, it was probably the greatest entertainment (radio, television, literature, or film) I have ever experienced. From the sounds of it, it may come close.
It seems like it was Ron and Fez spinning plates, keeping them all going, even though gravity and everyone else are trying to knock 'em down. That is when they are at their best. I may have over-extended the plate spinning analogy, but I guiess that's why I'm not on the Bestseller List . . . yet.

Listening to R&F is one thing. Watching them and seeing their facial expressions/reactions is even funnier.

Ok; reading all your past 'best' shows, you're absolutely right, but last night was great. Hey, I was on-air the night before, and i think about 3 people noticed. ha!

The very first time I was Ever was on in NY though [shitting a brick], I was lucky enough to be there the very night when Mikey D's daughter called in, but then another kid called in, and R+F were just LOVING this other kid [it wasnt Kenny; the Robot-Monster Horses with Laser Eyes kid; but I think HE was on too].

It devolved into Mikey Ds daughter having several screaming fits on-air. I apologize to Mikey D, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to spell his daughter's name. Lynna? Linneh? Sorry.

Anyway, THAT was a weird show, everyone in the green room, and it was maybe 10 of us, were frigging rolling. Coz it wasnt planned, no bit at all, this Kid calls up and BOOM, for an hour there's a huge insult match between kids.

And I don't think, for Cringe factor, The interview with that Lady Dr. Kim, on the Year of the Horse. tops my list.

And Mikey D rocked last night.

OK, here's a tech question.

I work for a big company and obviously our computers are networked.

I was told when I was hired I couldn't install internet radio or downloads or something to that effect and that it takes up too much memory or does something.

I only have Windows Media Player and I only listen to CDs on my computer. But I just went to the (shhh...you're going to roon it) site and it's prompting me to install Real Player or an MP3 player.

Is this exactly what IT told me not to do or do you think I should do it? Or should I just call and ask if it's OK. Thanks!
