Commercials During The MLB Post Season That I HATE

They have been playing the exact same rotation of commercials since the post season started, and it's getting to the point where some of them are making me turn the TV off for the duration of the commercial.
Here's a couple of 'em...

*ANY commercial for "The OC" - If I hear that weird-lookin' guy say "He's got nowhere to go!" again, I'm gonna put a rock through my TV screen.

*The commercial where people drive like 30 feet down a road, and then hand the car off to a new person - This makes me nauseous just thinking about it. The whole process of passing a car off like a fuckin' baton is disturbing. And I hate the music.

*The commercial where the white guy and the Asian chick are fighting and they use cell phones to appologize - First of all: Gayest concept EVER. Completely tedious and dragged out. Also, more HORRIFIC music.

There's more, but that's all I can think of for now. I've tried to erase the rest from my memory. I don't wanna see them ever again, and I'm gonna do what I can to achieve that.

AND IT'S BACK!!! TO THE WALL... AND A BERNIE HOMER TO TACK ON 3 RUNS. 6-1... GAME OVER! BOoyAH!

I don't think they're playing it now, but the commercials for the latest "Joe Millionaire" had me weeping tears of rage during the commercial breaks of the playoff games. Something really terrible and weird about the guy with the fake deep voice who usually does trailers for awful testosterone-packed Jerry Bruckheimer films tyring to sound sneaky and coy. Brrrr.

*Old Navy Painter's Pants - Once again... AWFUL AWFUL choice of music. And where the hell did Fran Drescher come from outta nowhere? Her career's been dead for years... I guess I can only be thankful she doesn't open her mouth in this commercial.

*Teenage Girl voice-over with middle-aged dude - Okay... Because listening to bitches like that ramble isn't annoying enough, I don't even get the payoff of watching at it at least come out of a decent-looking chick. I gotta watch a fat guy drink beer. My ears AND eyes hurt. We lose all around.

yeah but did anyone catch the Microsoft commercial which would have of course sucked except the background music was an acoustic version cover of the amazing Screen Door by Uncle Tupelo.

I mean like screen door? microsoft might suck but someone picked a really really good song and it was done in a way that wasn't sell out like The Who's Happy Jack or Led Zep for Cadillac or Kings of Leon for the Pontiac GTO Judge.

"Viva las Vegas" for Malcolm in the Middle, a show whose commercials are as unfunny as the episodes themselves. That one and "You're allergic to eggs!" And since when is Andy Garcia as interesting a character as Tony Soprano? The Sopranos have been on for more seasons than that stupid Skin show has had episodes!

i might be in a few scenes in the season premiere of malcolm in the middle. they were filming in the hotel (tropicana) i was staying at in vegas. a combo of lurking and wandering through might get me on tv.

usually don't watch the show, but now i'll have to; atleast this episode.

Nothing was more annoying than during the last month of the season and mind you during Phillies games no less, the McDonalds "authentic" Philly Cheese Steak commercials. A guy sitting outside a cheese steak place chowing down on the McDonald's slop.

Nothing pisses me off more than ANY corporate eating establishment passing something off as a "Philly" cheese steak. The Domino's Philly Cheese Steak Pizza? The Quizno's Philly Cheese Steak? DAMNIT! We don't marinate the fucking meat and we sure as hell don't use any fucking green peppers unless ASKED for! You got o Pat's or Jim's or any other place in Philly and you get the meat, the onions, a few slabs of american cheese and a fresh roll. Thats it! Fuckers!

Other commercials of note ia ANY of the new McDonald's "I'm Lovin' It!" ads. Do we live in a hip-hop society now? Is this slogan supposed to appeal to the youth of the country? If so, we are in sad shape if the youth of our country is wrapped uip in the flat-brim hat wearing hip-hop crowd. Is this in? Did I miss the boat somewhere? Maybe I am too old. I remember even in the past, McDonald's ads were at least catchy and jingly and not targetted to a certain group. That's advertising for you I guess.

If I see one more ad for 24, I will puke. Looks about as predictable as last season was. I'll wait for the condensed version. Forward me pictures of Elisha Cuthbert though cause that is almost making me want to watch.

The Jared Subway ads are tiring. I want to see a behind the scenes or like MAD used to have "Scenes we'd like to see" with Jared eating Mr. Subway hoagie and then proceeding to the bathroom and shoving the finger down his throat.
That would be classic.

Give me more of the Budweiser "Real Men of Genius/Real American Heroes" commercials. Seeing pictures with the songs and "Journey guy" belting out is classic! I love these!
