Wow, am I behind. I 've been hearing ads on q104 recently about "Jim Kerr in the morning, " and I finally got around to checking the websites (q104 and hers)...she's gone! I always liked her on wnew (remember wnew?), but never thought the combo of her and music worked, not that I have the opportunity to listen to morning radio anymore. So the last of the old 'new crew is gone. (I checked back 5 pages in this forum and was surprised that no one else posted this...cmon guys--this is my official site for news!)

It always pissed me off that she was allowed to have a "goodbye show" on WNEW but they wouldn't extend the same courtesy to Ron & Fez after they were so loyal.

I agree. The Metro Channel show has been cancelled too. I guess they wanted the radio tie-in.

The reason she got the farewell show on WNEW is because there was no real cause for her termination and they were already looking bad in everyone's eyes.

I think Jim Kerr and Bob Buchman are old friends and a favor was called in.

Q104's average DJ banter is so bad that I'm sure she didn't fit in at all, coming from a station like the old 102.7. Her show really did suck though and her TV show was just a place for her to put her breasts out in everyone's face, the same way Imus flaunts that ridiculous cowboy hat.

I finally got a chance to listen to that DOUCHE-BAG Jim Kerr this morning. He is 20 years suckier than when he sucked 20 years ago.

The "Big Greasy Breakfast" on WDHA 105.5 is suffering quite a bit after Shelly left.

They are on there 2nd... Soon to be 3rd news person.
