Ron and Fez Return to the Hard Rock - Recaps -

Tonight Ron and Fez returned to the Hard Rock! The show was an intimate evening with New York's diehard fans. It went from 30 - 40 people to easily 70 - 80 people stuffed into a room meant for 35. All there to see our buddies triumphant return to the big apple. It was a special night with visits from old friends and ex staff members. Everyone from Billy Staples to Al Dukes made an appearance. Special guests, some guy named Anthony from a former NY radio show, Chuck Nice, Martini Steve, Eddie Trunk, and even Stalker Patty!
The boys were on fire, with their natural ability to entertain a crowd. The crowd was into it as well. As I looked around there wasn't a person around without a smile, except maybe Terror. That guy never cracks a smile.
I'd like to thank Ron and Fez for coming up here and giving us our RnF fix. Although it hurt to see you leave again.

BTW, Crankcase kicked ass and it was great to see a strong appearance from the board members. It's always a good night when hangin' with you freaks!

well holy shit.. me and the boy had an excellent time.. first off i have to say.. MOE!! i couldnt have been more thrilled to see anyone in my whole life. im sooo glad you made it out.

oh the HIGHLIGHT of my night.. meeting the very adorable Duke04... could this kid be any cooler and have a more kick ass mom? i think not!

and ofcourse Ron and Fez who are always awesome and i miss so much.

I was there for far too little time, as I had to go to work across the street.

But it was so wonderful that it almost ached, seeing so many people from the old days: Dumpy and Hawk among them; for a moment I had a dot-com-flashback. Then I managed to squeeze in & see Ron & Fez. Wow, that room was packed.

There was so much cheering going on that I didn't hear the show going on in front of me, but that was OK: it was great to just be in that room.

Just to be with the old gang again.

Yeah, way to put a hole in your head (this string referring of course to Snoog's boxing match with the band's stage monitors....in which he used his head instead of his fists and bloodied himself). Whatever... Snoogs was too shitfaced to know that he looked like fucking Carrie after the prom. He was still going around trying to hug people goodbye and shit. Cheers to Black Jesus for reopening Snoogan's battle wounds and then administering drunken first aid. Fucking hilarious. Anyway, nice party, good times, good music... Eat that fuckin' squirrel, baby!!! :p

Hello old friend. I sure had fun with the RF crew tonight. Here's my recap:
1. Showed up late.
2. Fell into a conspiracy theory that Sexy Bastard was wearing a rug. Turned out to be false, upon further investigation.
3. GVAC bought me a free beer.
4. Saw FMJ without his usual "J. Diddy" posse.
5. Dance Dance Dance.
6. Skidmark felt my ass.
7. Payed it forward and slapped Alkey's ass so hard he dropped his beer.
8. Had the lovely dining company of Hosp, Pantera, JustJon, and Jennitalia. Tenbats made a weak attempt to win friends by giving everyone CD's.
9. During dinner, Pants didn't eat one of my fingers by mistake . . . this time.
10. KICKED SNOOGANS' ASS!!
11. Went to Red Rock.
12. Got Eleventy Bazillion points on MegaTouch Video Music Trivia.
13. Ate 3 hotdogs with mustard and onions.
14. Shepherded GirlNiN to Penn Sation and got 45 mins sleep on floor.
15. Got home in time to watch the sun rise and split my skull twain.
16. Woke around 10 AM at which point my body comletely and unequivocally rebelled against me. Blinded by cranium fracturing headache, I shit my brains out, puked up remnants of hot dogs, mustard and onions while shitting, forgot they were onions and thought I had severe, Black Earl-like intestinal bleeding, remembered that the onions were red and felt relief.
17. Prayed for death.

When Bobby P started this thread I was at the Red Rock standing in a puddle of something leftover from a Yellow Discipline Dance that we just missed when we came in. TooCute was dancing on the bar, and Billy was trying to give her dollars to take her top off. Fezzie was holding a purse that matched his shoes and trying to make like it wasn't his. Alkey was getting someone's ass beat outside. Silera was getting someone's ass beat inside. The Chairman was beating someone's ass in the ladie's room. Billy got into the place by dropping R&F's names. Fezzy had to wait in line to get in 20 minutes later. Good times.

As the fog lifts and the haze of the evening wears off, other events come to mind. Here are some more highlights, observations and lingering questions:

A. Ron and Fez proved once again that they really are the best even when broadcasting from the surface of the sun.B. Finally met Death Metal Moe. I recognized him by the glowing 666 on the back of his head. We parted ways when he tried to carve a pentagram into my forearm.
C. The Pointer likes DisneyWorld.
D. AngryMissyBaby got skinny. Not that she was fat before.
E. I bet I could take JerseyRich, even with his tough guy beard.
F. If French Bread Pizza is the pregnant one, why is it that my stomach is getting bigger?
G. Was that the Heckler?
H. I would like to meet the genius who decided it was a good idea to put a pool table in Red Rock.
I. If two guys start fighting in the street and you and your girlfriend are in between them, when she tries to break it up should you join in the fight or just grab her and pull her out of it?
