You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I need to know where a regular late night caller "Jerome" on the FAN is from. I first went to the person I KNOW has the answer, Steels, and all he gave me was "Jerome", but he refused to tell me Jerome from where... I know it's some place in Jersey, but Steels was too busy removing his tampon to tell me. So, to help free my mind from this mental torture, somebody let me know...

Wait, now that I'm thinking about it, "Jerome from Manhattan" does kinda click...

For some reason I thought he was somewhere in Jersey though. I could be wrong. Either way, Steels still has some serious menstrual issues.
