Turns out the webmaster for the site is named "Penelope Taynt" Amanda's #1 fan.

How did this one slide through?

i've watched the show with my sister before, and the girl is a character on the show. It's Amanda Bynes in a wig and glasses. So they say her name like thrice a show. So it's not just that it's in print, you can also hear Amanda Bynes saying "taynt" multiple times in a show.
