Tummy Question?

when a persons stomach begins to stick out well beyond his chest and his crotch(not mentioning names)
does it indicate the stomach organ itself is becoming enlarged or is it the fatty flesh around the stomach becoming thicker?

i have this close friend and he was just real curious?

i think it's the fatty tissue. You can eat 25 pounds of vegatables and 25 pounds of meat, and the meat will make you fatter because it has more fat content. At least I think so....the stomach is emptied when the body absorbs nutrients and eliminates waste.

But you can actually have a fat stomach because of tumors and swollen organs too......but most of the time it's just a person being a fatass.

Are you talking about a fat person or someone starving like an Ethiopian baby? When someones starving (like those Jackson kids in Jersey) their bellys fill up with puss and water as their limbs deteriorate, its a sign of starvation. It only seems to happen to the very young like that. Ive seen full grown anorexic people and they dont have that puss belly, they just look gaunt. If on the other hand your talking about someone who over indulges, Id think its just fat.

If he's just getting fat, well, it's fat. If there's not too much of it you could poke your finger into his belly and feel where his abdominal cavity wall is underneath. That's why you can get liposuction to suck away all the overlying fat to get back down to the muscle again.


If it's protruding in an odd way, though, it could be a type of hernia, and it should be checked out by a doctor as it probably needs surgery. That's when a hole develops in the cavity wall and a bit of intestine can poke through.

i am defenitely not happy with my waste line and NO "my cock has not gotten smaller".

it's just that I've noticed 'soft bellies' and 'hard bellies' like my younger brother. he's got a gut but it's hard as a rock but other people with similar sized guts have a soft belly. I would imagine it's a matter of the 'level of fat' vs the 'level of muscle' but i'm not totally sure.

for some reason i thought if you eat large meals your stomach will stretch or expand and it will stay expanded unless you eat less for an extended period of time. but form what i'm hearing the size of the stomach/organ itself has little determination on how big your gut is.

did i get that right?
