It's mostly name recognition. Most people haven't heard much about most the Democratic candidates.

Ultimately Hilary would lose in the national election so I would hope to God that she was kille dif she decided to run. There's too large a cynical faction of Democrats for her to win in any close state.

Man, if Dean, Kerry, or Clark don't win the nomination I'm votin' for Bush ( ok maybe not :) )

I have to give Drudge credit, he's been pretty good lately with breaking news stories sometimes days before it happens. He put the story up of Fox suing The Simpsons days before it became a story. He had the story on China sending a man into space. The controversial Reagan movie that CBS is making, and he broke the Rush Limbaugh drug story before anyone else as far as I know. We can debate if he leans towards one party than another, but as far as breaking news stories ahead of others, he's pretty damn good.
