The Cubs have the goat curse, the Red Sox have the Curse of the Bambino, but the Yankees have the worst curse of all. Since this bitch came to New York as a member of the Senate and became a Yankee fan out of conveneince even though she never went to a game. Fuck Hillary CLinton for cursing New York and cursing the yankees

It's the Mike Mussina curse. They haven't won the series since the signed Mussina. :)

I just made that up, but I have heard that there's a 9/11 curse. Frankly, though, three seasons is a little early to start believing in a curse.

you are correct their is a curse, but its not 9/11 or hillary or mussina or giambi (i dont think theyve won a ring since they got him either). it is the Curse of the Metropolitans. how many yankee fans said 'i dont care if we ever win another world series as long as we beat the mets'? i know quite a few so what if their dreams came true?

Good......I hate the fuckin' Yankees. You might have had a good last century, but here's hoping that this century is cursed and they go on a losing streak longer that the Cubs and Red Sox ( and the way things have been going the last few years they are certainly on their way !!! ).

P.S. I'm a Met fan, and my team will suck for a long time too under the Wilpons, so get used to losing for years too.

There is no such thing as curses yet there are circumstances where the belief of a curse will affect a person's performance, concentration and frame of mind. There is only a curse if one let's themselves believe.

You wanna talk about a curse how about :

1) A guy dying of a disease that was named after him
2) One of the most respected players of their time on a team dying in a plane crash
3) A famous manager dying in a drunk driving accident
4) A player getting banned from baseball for life after testing positive for drugs several time

How many other teams have that kinda shit luck.

wow, the fact that a yankee curse was mentioned, and it took 10 posts for someone to mention the early deaths is ridiculous. The Yankee curse is that all the famous ones seem to die of diseases and or accidents. Hence the fact that I predict in the future that ass cancer will be re-named "Derek Jeter's disease" after it is found out that he gots it.
