The Hot Tag

I recently noticed something. I don't think there has been a tag team match in the history of professional wrestling that didn't use the "hot tag" spot. (The fan favorite and heel partners both get knocked silly and they slowly try to tag their fresher partner.) Can anyone think of a match that didn't use it?
