You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

The best part was they were playing everybody but the waterboy before the 4th quarter. Stoops told even them to "fall down." They tried NOT to score and when the eATMe players "stopped" them they celebrated like it was the Super Bowl.
