does it really show up on piss tests? I know some athletes say that's why they failed tests, and I just was around a lot of pot smokers this past weekend. I may be going for a job where a drug test may be required. that's why I ask

it does show up on a test if you get tested the next day, and still you need alot of it to get to that point. the athlete in question was full of shit. if you have no weed in your system, and you smoke, itll be gone in like 3 or 4 days, so he was bullshitting.

I had to take a substance abuse education program when I was on probation, the people that ran the thing said that there's no way second hand smoke shows up on a piss test. I wouldn't worry about it.

it can show up, I used to work at an employment agency and I've seen it happen. They can usually determine the level of the drug in the system and the one time I saw it happen and someone claimed second hand smoke, they let it slide becuase the amount in the urine was so minimal.

someone also got nailed for eating a poppy seed bagel the morning of the drug test... it shows up as an opiate.

when there is some sort of discrepancy like that regarding the results, they'll usually retest the next day.

but yeah, listen to toocute... when I knew I was going to be tested before I started my last job, I stayed away from anywhere I'd be exposed to any type of second hand smoke... it wasn't worth it to me to have to explain if something showed up on the test... plus i was worried that even if a minute amount showed up on my test, my job would be concerned about the type of lifesyle i lead where i would be exposed to second hand smoke like that.

1)absolutely not. the only way she can tell when you've been smoking is cause your clothes prob smell like it, she just says that to scare you. weed stores in fat cells and is expelled through the bladder. no chance

1 if the right people are testing you ass. it does depend on the test given, like if its at a job and a store bought one, its not as good as the one the cops are doin.
if a cop is giving you a drug test, and you had a poppy bagel that morning, you bet your fuckin ass itll show up. in that case, they then administer a second test to the urine that determines the kind of opiate it is. then they know if it was a poppy seed or morphine or heroin or whatever
