Al really seems to care about the show. He may not be the best producer, but somehow i really believe that he wants to be.

Al as a person is just like he is on air. I think he may have had a scary experience as a child, perhaps hit by lightning, or maybe walked in on his parents having sex numerous times...Al is a strange guy. First he talks in brief short sentences.."Yes I am, No Im not" Second he is sexually repressed (as I have said before he is gay but afraid to come out) Third, He really DOES care about the show, he is always scrambling around the studio looking for the next cd to play in the background, scheduling guests all the time...Al is a good guy, just a few cans short of a six pack.

Al Dukes is great. He is so funny. And he is funny because, he doesnt know he is funny. he is a great sport and i think we couLD ALL learn from him on how to take a joke, he has e-mailed me with advise and is down to earth. god bless the man they call dukes. i like you al. =)

The more I try and hope that Al isn't as big a doofus as he seems, he does something that completely sets him back.
From the comments he made when he was drunk, to the homo-erotic fantasies he had about the sales guy, to the pissing his pants, etc .. It just goes on and on.
I dont think he's harmless, althiough he might be eventually in that Columbine kinda way.
He's alright, makes the show funny, and R&F goofin' on him is quality humor.
