Does anyone still have dial up connection?

all the people i know seem to have DSL or Cable... And i am still stuck with dial up....I was wondering if i am the only person on the board that has dial-up still...

I have dial up and it sucks. I get kicked off all the time and it takes forever to do anything. My girlfriend has a cable modem an I download stuff at her place. It takes seconds. Here it would take 2 days.

My "free aol dial-up" will expire soon. I am "kind of curious" about a lot things I wouldn't consider attempting to download on dial up.
On a good connection night, I'm 3 minutes behind listening to "Big Sexy", on others the rebuffering has me shutting down between breaks to play catch up. Would cable decrease the lag time, and how much?

This si the one thing that I do miss about dial-up. I've been on broadband since August and I cannot imagine being back on dial-up ever again.
